Our aim of providing this service is make sure we are affordable for our customers. Our costs include Fully Comprehensive Insurance, Breakdown Cover and Equine Rescue. 

Where possible we allow collection of the box the evening before, this only applies to Full day hires. 

As of 1st January 2022 there will be an increase in prices due to increasing overhead costs for the boxes

Ice Horsebox (Box with Living Facilities)

(This includes use of gas, hook up, bed etc) 

Please Note: Hook up cable not provided with box, if a cable is required then additional £20 for the use of the cable for duration of hire. 

Half Day - £75.50

Must not exceed 100 miles. Max 6 hour hire.


One Day - £140.00

Must not exceed 300 miles.

Two Days - £280.00

Must not exceed 600 miles.

Three Days - £415.00

Must not exceed 900 miles.


If the mileage is exceeded over 200 miles per day then there is a 85p per mile charge. Mileage / Post codes are to provided at time of booking to provide accurate quote. 


Any consecutive days of hire (longer than 3 days) we will happily quote you a price. 


We accept block bookings of days throughout the year and we happily accept agreed monthly instalments to pay up for all your required dates, a large booking of dates (4 or more) at once and there will be a discount.


We encourage our customers to book ahead to avoid any disappointment as we book up extremely quick for the show season especially for the major shows such as The Royal Highland Show, Great Yorkshire Show, Blair Castle International Horse Trials.

We can only accept Bank Transfer to secure dates which must be settled promptly to secure date of hire, payment must come out of the hirers account for insurance purposes. Invoice will be sent to hirers email at time of booking. Payment to be settled within 24 hrs of invoice being sent. Failure to do so will result in booking being cancelled.



Refund Policy


If for any reason a pre-arranged hire has to be cancelled or if you wish to terminate the hire the following conditions will apply:

  • Full Weeks Notice: 80% Refund

  • 72 Hours Notice: 50% Refund 

  • Less than 72 Hours Notice: No Refund

  • It can take up to 10 working days for a refund. 

** If 5 working days notice are given we will happily swap your date of hire on one occasion only if you require to swap the date you've already swapped then driver will be liable for full cost **
